About Healing

My desire to help others has taken me down a variety of study and paths, that include Shamanism, Mysticism, Stone Medicine, JinShin, TCM and Frequency Balancing, to name a few. Each modality has become part of a weaving that enables each session to be as unique as the individual. I work with humans, animals and land. Most sessions are conducted remotely.

Shamanism and Mysticism Allows for the illumination of patterns and distortions being held within the physical, energetic or spiritual body. These techniques are ancient, and provide a safe and calming addition to any session.

Stone Medicine using medicinal stones allows me an added strengthening, restoring and balancing of the three bodies.

JinShin - Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese healing art that focuses on harmonizing the life energy in the body using the hands and breath. Jin Shin Jyutsu energizes the body, mind, and spirit, which supports the body's innate ability to heal when in balance.

TCM – Traditional Chinese Medicine is a lifelong study…in my journey I have barely grazed the tip of this 3000-year-old wisdom. That said, addressing meridian imbalances and paying attention to the story the body is telling us, greatly improves healing outcomes.

Biofield Tuning: This method provides a platform for some of the Frequency Balancing techniques that I employ. I use tuning forks of a variety of frequencies to comb through a client’s aura or biofield, or place them directly on the body to invigorate or sedate tissue. This allows me to locate areas of incoherence or dissonance, restriction or imbalance. These areas hold the historical artifacts of physical and emotional trauma, limiting beliefs, and ancestral patterns. The frequency then resolves the distortion, allowing the client to feel more at peace and able to respond to life stressors in a more relaxed way. This is a powerful and targeted sound healing modality.

Land Balancing – this work provides a way to balance the energy on any property or home that feels out of sync.

Project Balancing – Have a project that feels stuck and not sure why? This technique identifies areas of imbalance and frees the restriction for movement forward or toward a new view.

Animal / Human Relationship Balancing – Are you and your horse, dog or cat not quite on the same page? Do you feel like he/she is trying to tell you something? This technique allows for a more balanced relationship between humans and their animals.
